When will my book ship?
Pre-ordered books and virtual attendees’ books will begin being shipped 12.01.20. Douglasville, GA attendees will receive their books at the book launch on 12.19.20.
Is my purchase refundable?
All deposits and sales are final.
If I attend virtually how will I access the book launch?
You will be emailed a Code to access the live stream at least 48 hours before the event.
If I encounter trouble viewing the live stream, will I be refunded?
You will only be refunded for the live stream ($23) IF the problem is initiated on our side. Please ensure that your technology is updated with latest version of Zoom and that your wi-fi is functional to enjoy the live stream.
If I’m attending virtually, how will I receive my swag bag? Your signed novel and swag bag will be mailed and you receive a tracking number prior to the event.
What if I don’t receive it before the virtual book launch? We can ensure when it’s shipped but we cannot ensure the timeliness of the USPS. We will ship in enough time to arrive to you prior to the event.
When will I receive the address of the venue? Our team will send the physical address 48-72 hours before the event. The venue is less than 5 minutes off 20 West just past Exit 37
